Virtual Meditation Classes


I’ll be teaching a couple of virtual meditation classes via Styll Meditation, a new virtual meditation studio each month where we will be working with our intentions, emotions, as well as using our breath and body as anchors to get us back to centeredness. Upcoming schedule below:

Meditation can support us in our capacity to meet the fullness of each moment, without resistance or indulgence. When we can understand the landscape of the world around us (and our reactions to them) are constantly changing, we can approach circumstances with greater perspective and perhaps more patience and compassion.
