My practice is a blend of sound therapy, mindful movement, and meditation. These practices for me are a way to connect back to the source of our intuition and who we are both internally and in relation to our environment.
VIBRATION THROUGH SOUND
Sound, music, and voice have a powerful effect on the human mind and body. I explore the use of mantras, sound, rhythm, and vibrations to transform consciousness, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being.
There’s an intelligence in every emotion we feel. Mindfulness meditation allows for the space to befriend every emotion that comes up and to be with whatever is happening mentally and physically so we can connect back to the present moment of our experience. We recognize which story line we are living and are able to break free and change the way we respond to situations.
Yoga is a guide towards self-realization. Yoga allows for us to turn inward to explore the subtleties of sensations within our own selves. Awareness is cultivated to help us remain accountable to our actions but to also reflect on how our actions affect ourselves and others.
