What is sound healing?

Sound Bath (Sound Meditation, Sound Journey)
A sound bath is a form of sound-based relaxation offered in group or private settings. Participants typically lie down or rest comfortably with optional supports like cushions or an eye mask. The session often begins with breathwork or quiet reflection, followed by layers of calming sound.

Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes, the experience encourages deep listening, stillness, and a sense of renewal in both body and mind.


MEDITATION

Personalized meditations can be customized and tailored to specific themes and intentions to help invite more positive shifts in everyday life.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Gentle, personalized movement sequences are paired with breath awareness to support openness, ease, and restoration in the body.

Sessions may include slow flow, yin, or restorative styles, and can be complemented by guided relaxation, meditation, or sound-based practices.
