Un’esperienza magica che ci porterà a scoprire la bellezza della più estesa “grotta di contatto” d’Europa, l’unica nel suo genere attrezzata con un percorso turistico.

Qui, nella Sala del Laghetto, ci immergeremo in una pratica di respirazione e concentrazione yoga guidata da Serena Di Blasio; successivamente scenderemo all’interno della grotta e giungeremo all’Angolo dei Cristalli dove ci immergeremo nel “bagno sonoro” con Brenda Hung.

Poi per chi vuole : passeggiata nel bosco fino alle ore 13.

Sound Bath + L'orto Felice

As the summer season approaches and the days are getting longer, this is an ideal time to celebrate the warmth of the sun, the abundance in nature, and the new light and energy that surrounds us. Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and celebration of the arrival of the summer season with a sound meditation experience and nourishing vegan dinner. You will be immersed in the meditative tones of quartz crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, voice, chimes, and other overtone-rich instruments in addition to the surrounding sounds of nature. Working with sound can help to quiet the mind, relax the body, lower stress levels and anxiety, release grief, emotional baggage and even pain, and empower positive change. Come relax, recalibrate, and feel renewed for the summer season! 

*Seating will be provided outside (grass area) where the meditation will take place but participants are welcome to and encouraged to lay down on the grass area. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and any extra layers to lay on or put over you.

Con l'avvicinarsi della stagione estiva e l'allungarsi delle giornate, questo è il momento ideale per celebrare il calore del sole, l'abbondanza della natura e la nuova luce ed energia che ci circonda. Unitevi a noi per una serata di profondo relax e per celebrare l'arrivo della stagione estiva con un'esperienza di meditazione sonora e una cena vegana nutriente.

Sarete immersi nei toni meditativi delle campane di cristallo di quarzo, dei diapason, della voce, dei carillon e di altri strumenti ricchi di toni, oltre ai suoni della natura circostante. Il lavoro con il suono può aiutare a calmare la mente, a rilassare il corpo, ad abbassare i livelli di stress e di ansia, a liberare il lutto, il bagaglio emotivo e persino il dolore e a favorire un cambiamento positivo. Venite a rilassarvi, a ricalibrarvi e a sentirvi rinnovati per la stagione estiva!

*I posti a sedere saranno messi a disposizione all'esterno (area erbosa) dove si svolgerà la meditazione, ma i partecipanti sono invitati a sdraiarsi sull'erba. Sentitevi liberi di portare il vostro tappetino da yoga e qualsiasi altro strato da stendere o mettere sopra di voi.

In light of current developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and growing concerns, we have mindfully decided to postpone the upcoming Sound Immersion workshop scheduled for Saturday, March 21st. The exact date is still TBD, but will be sometime in May. 

Join us for a unique 90-minute, deeply transformative Sound Immersion Journey for the Spring Equinox!

We will channel the rejuvenating energy of the Spring Equinox and the rooting power of sound to honor ourselves with kindness as we develop more love and self-compassion in our lives. We’ll have the opportunity to experience profoundly deep rest, work on releasing limiting beliefs and habits and create more abundance in our lives.

Experience shows there will be a spontaneous realignment with our deepest purpose on spiritual, physical, physiological and mental levels. Turning Inward: Winter Sound Bath + Yoga at Breathe Strength

Join us for a nourishing practice combining vinyasa and restorative yoga, sound healing, and oracle card journaling with the intention of honoring ourselves and the winter season by slowing down and turning inward. As the days get colder and shorter, we need more deep rest to recharge and take care of ourselves on a physical, spiritual, and energetic level.

The workshop will begin with a guided meditation followed by a slow flow vinyasa practice that will warm up and bring awareness to our bodies and breath. Students will then be guided through restorative yoga poses where they will experience the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, voice and other overtone emitting instruments. We will dedicate time at the end for journaling and oracle card readings. 

* Please bring a notebook and pen. Oracle cards will be provided.
