I’ll be back at Fotografiska NY every Friday either offering a morning meditation inspired by the extraordinary exhibitions on view or sound bath sessions in the afternoon as a part of their Mindfulness Fridays programming!

FEB. 28th, 2020 Schedule

Morning Meditative Immersions: Get your head right, and get your heart right before starting your day. 30 minute sessions. (with Brenda Hung)

10:00am: Drop in with mind and body into the extraordinary Helene Schmitz’s exhibition “Thinking Like a Mountain” while being guided in a meditation. Let the themes of nature and its majestic power move you.

11:00am:​ Drop in with mind and body into the extraordinary Tawny Chatmon exhibit, “Inheritance” while being guided in a meditation. Let the themes of familial bonds, the beauty of African American children, and maternal relationships move you. 

SOUND BATH at 12pm (led by Brenda Hung), 1pm, 2pm (Led by Lewis Tangi): Give your busy mind a massage with this powerful soundbath in the intimate and beautiful Fotografiska chapel, constructed in 1847. Let the sound drop you deeply into your heart and your body to experience the extraordinary exhibits of the museum in a whole new light.
