Virtual Meditation Classes


I’m happy to be teaching two meditation classes this month via Styll Meditation, a new virtual meditation studio where I’ll be sharing some steps in releasing strong emotions as well as using our breath and body as anchors to get us back to centeredness.

Meditation can support us in our capacity to meet the fullness of each moment, without resistance or indulgence. When we can understand the landscape of the world around us (and our reactions to them) are constantly changing, we can approach circumstances with greater perspective and perhaps more patience and compassion.
